Who We Are
CTC Title Holding Company (“Vanguard Title”) was formed in the Summer of 2008 in order to provide superior title insurance services in Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend and surrounding counties. Founded by two title insurance industry veterans, each bringing a unique set of experiences and qualifications to the title insurance business, Vanguard Title possesses the experience and desire to make each and every transaction an example of simplicity and communication unmatched in the title insurance industry.

Specifically, Vanguard Title operates under a set of guidelines that emphasizes communication with our customers and their clients at a level unmatched, in our opinion, in the industry at large. Escrow Officers and their assistants are accessible to our customers regarding pending transactions and possible transactions at a level not usually seen in the title insurance industry. What does that mean to you? It means our title commitment production times and accuracy are at the pinnacle of the title insurance industry.  It means that if you telephone one of our representatives and are unable to reach that representative, a return phone call to you is expected within the immediate time frame of the original call.  All e-mail correspondence is dealt with quickly and efficiently so that at all times our customers understand the current status of their pending transaction.

While some title companies attempt to be all things to all people, it has been our experience that we best serve our customers by emphasizing being accessible, professional and prompt in all our dealings.  We understand the closing experience can, at times, be highly stressful.  That stress can be exacerbated by a lack of communication from the closing agent.  We expect all of our employees to develop professional, friendly relationships with our customers in order to expedite and simplify the closing process.  We are continually developing refinements to the closing process that will make the closing process more accessible to our customers; including the incorporation of emerging technologies and paperless closing products.
